As announced on its third quarter earnings conference call, in order to improve clarity, the Company will provide guidance and outlook information for 2013 in conjunction with its fourth quarter earnings release. Fourth quarter earnings results are expected to be released on February 18th. As a result, the Company does not intend to comment on 2013 guidance or outlook at the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference.
