Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU) announced a $2.1 billion financing agreement with Credit Suisse Group (NYSE: CS) and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE: GS). Shares of Alcatel-Lucent rose 18 cents to $1.27 while Credit Suisse stock edged up 6 cents to $24.69. Goldman Sachs stock climbed $1.38 to $119.88.
