As of January 2013, the Monthly HMBS (Product ID 13320216) file will be released on the 10th Business Day at 10:00 PM.  As of January 2013 the HMBS Monthly File will no longer include the new issuance data. The file will have all active pools for the report period. A new separate monthly file of HMBS new issuances for the month will be distributed beginning February 2013.  The product ID for the new HMBS Monthly New Issuances file is 13080656.
