ZxChat provides Instant Messaging capabilities to your Zimbra 8.x, thanks to a developed-from-scratch server component included in the ZeXtras Suite Core and an easy-and-reliable client fully integrated in the Zimbra Web Client.

ZxChat Features:

- Add IM contacts from the ZeXtras Chat panel.

- Assign a nickname to your contacts.

- Start an IM chat by clicking an IM contact in your contact list (on the right side of the Zimbra Webclient).

- Remove/Rename IM contacts.

- Manage your IM status (online, invisible, do not disturb etc..) .

- "Away" status automatically set after some minutes of inactivity
