Aetna Agrees to $120 Mil Claims Payment Settlement
Aetna (AET) will pay up to $120 million to settle class-action litigation over how it pays out-of-network claims. The nation's third-largest health insurer will pay $60 million into a settlement fund and has committed to paying as much as $60 million more, depending on how many people submit claims.
