Caris & Co. downgraded Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX ) from Average to Below Average and raises price target from $59 to $60. The analyst pointed out the Disney deal will not be fully implemented til 2016 and will cost ~$300 million per year. The Caris analyst also warned the proxy fight
