Corporate bond sales hit $386.7 billion Bond sales are within striking distance of 2009's record $3.9 trillion as companies take advantage of low borrowing costs. The three-day show focuses on trends affecting the medical-device industry, such as new rules from the Food and Drug Administration and the European Union, as well as sessions on product development, financing and software. Speakers include David Hoffmeister of Silicon Valley law firm Wilson Sonsini; Eric Bergman, director of human factors engineering at Johnson & Johnson's LifeScan unit; and Stacey Chang of design studio IDEO.
