Coast Wholesale Appliances Inc. Announces Departure of Patrick Dennett from the Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 30, 2012) - Coast Wholesale Appliances Inc. (TSX:CWA) (Coast or the company) today announced that Patrick B. Dennett has stepped down as a director and Chairman of its Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective immediately. The company will retain an independent management consulting firm to conduct a search for a new Board member.

Until a new Chairman is named, Donald J.A. Smith, CA, MBA will fulfill the role on an interim basis. Mr. Smith has served as a director of Coast since 2008 and currently chairs the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee, and its Compensation Committee.
