Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV ) announced today that it has acquired Anthony International ("Anthony"), a leading manufacturer of specialty glass, commercial glass refrigerator and freezer doors, lighting systems, and display equipment for $602.5 million, subject to normal closing adjustments.
