Viscom International Forms Marketing Alliance with Euronet Payments and Remittance Inc.; Company Offers Value-Added Benefits to BEST(TM) Mexico Purchasers

Atlanta-based Viscom International Inc., producer and marketer of the BEST(TM) Mexico brand of prepaid telephone cards, announced it has signed a partnership agreement with Charlotte-based Euronet Payments and Remittance Inc. (EPR) to promote EPR's money transfer and bill pay product, Veloz.

"The alliance with EPR is a continuation of our strategy to leverage our knowledge of the Mexican immigrant market at the grassroots level and provide value-added products beneficial to this market," said John M. Wise, president and CEO of Viscom. "Partnerships like this give us a unique opportunity to use our strong flagship brand, BEST Mexico, to drive sales for a variety of products and services."

Under the initial phase of the agreement, customers in North and South Carolina who purchase a $5 BEST Mexico prepaid card will receive a free Veloz money transfer and bill pay card. By making a call with the BEST Mexico card, consumers are offered the option to be transferred to a Veloz customer service representative who will activate their cards. The customers then become eligible for a special offer from Veloz that gives them their first and tenth money transfers free as part of the product trial.

According to Euronet Payments and Remittance Inc. President Patrick C. Brown, "Combining BEST Mexico's high level of brand saturation in the Southeast with the quality, reliability and speed of our Veloz money transfer and bill payment service will be a winning combination for both the retailers and consumers."

Based in Atlanta, Viscom International Inc. produces and markets the BEST(TM) Mexico brand of prepaid phone cards, the Southeast's most used and trusted brand of communications products specifically designed for Mexicans living in the U.S. to connect to home. Since its introduction in 2000, BEST Mexico has become the dominant brand for calls to Mexico by making it easy and affordable for Mexicans living in the U.S. to call home.
