PSCI Makes Bullish Cross Above Critical Moving Average

In trading on Monday, shares of the S&P SmallCap Industrials Portfolio ETF (PSCI) crossed above their 200 day moving average of $29.41, changing hands as high as $29.78 per share. S&P SmallCap Industrials Portfolio shares are currently trading up about 1.5% on the day.
