MOSCOW, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Russian tycoon Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Group wants to turn around Renaissance Capital, the emerging markets investment bank that it is taking over from founder Steven Jennings, CEO Dmitry Razumov told Reuters.
