Valley Honda Dealers in Arizona has always been committed to support local military service members, and this year they are participating in the “Turkey to Troops” event, where each dealership will donate $500 worth of groceries, turkeys and/or gift cars to AZ Heroes to Hometowns. The event will take place on Saturday, November 17th, starting at 11am in Glendale.

The group, AZ Heroes to Hometowns, has partnered with local food bank to provide Thanksgiving dinner to wounded and injured troops, active military, guard and reserves, and families of deployed service members.

Numerous Hondas filled with donations will drive to the Disable American Veterans locations, where donations will be packed and distributed to the local Military community and their families. The staff at both Valley Honda and AZ Heroes to Hometowns will attend. The Disable American Veterans facility is located at 8447 N. 61st Ave., Glendale, AZ, 85302.
