The California Nurses Association is going back to the well at least one more time. The Oakland-based union, one of the most powerful in the state, politically speaking, said Friday afternoon it is calling for yet another short strike at a number of Sutter Health hospitals in the Bay Area, this one for Nov. 20 and 21.
