Support men's health issues by taking part in UCLA Recreation’s Movember happenings. During the month of November — dubbed Movember in the annual worldwide moustache-growing event that raises awareness and funds for prostate and testicular cancer initiatives — UCLA Recreation invites participants and their supporters to submit photos of their moustaches to win a T-shirt and other prizes. In addition, on Nov. 30, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m, all registrants are invited for free cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure screenings at the John Wooden Center, courtesy of Kaiser Permanente.
