PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 15, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The board of directors of Precision Castparts Corp. (NYSE:PCP) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock payable on December 31, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2012.
