PR Log - Nov 15, 2012 - New York, NY -- Telecom Infrastructure Corp, a New York based family owned information transport solution company, launched a multi-location Sandy relief effort just days following the devastation. Telecom provided the funds for employees to shop for food and supplies that were delivered to the hardest hit areas of New Jersey, Staten Island, and Long Island.
Eager to help, employees shopped, loaded over 8,000 lbs of food, supplies and goods into the 20’ truck and delivered the first shipment to Keyport, New Jersey on Thursday, 1 November 2012. The second delivery of an additional 4,000 lbs of supplies and clothes was to the Christian Church in Staten Island and the third delivery was sent to Long Island within a week of the storm.
“Our hearts go out to everyone affected on the East Coast, including our customers and of course family and friends who have been impacted by this catastrophic event,” said Edward Donelan, President Telecom Infrastructure Corp. “We are extremely committed to doing what we can to help those affected by this disaster.”
