The first ever Live, Online Food Truck Course launched today
PR Log - Nov 15, 2012 - The world’s first Live, Online Food Truck Course was announced today. The course brings together the leaders of the Food Truck revolution in a series of eight interactive live webcasts. Start up Food Truck businesses can learn directly from the experts and get their specific questions answered.
The course’s eight modules range from the basics of Running of a Food Truck Business through to Branding, Buying and Building A Truck, and how to grow and retain customer numbers using Social Media.
By making the course live and online anyone, anywhere in the world can learn from these industry leaders. Each session pairs a Food Truck owner with a specialist in that field. As an example, the session on Food Truck Funding brings together a veteran food truck owner who has used sources from Kickstarter through to Franchising. He is paired with an advisor who has helped over 50 food trucks get the funding they need.
The course founders, Vinny Gibson and Ed Brooks, confirmed today that the course will kick off on 26 November, with registration opening today to a limited audience.
Vinny Gibson commented “Anyone looking for the same experience would have to travel the world to find and speak with the experts we have gathered. We wanted to make it easy and convenient for anyone wishing to open up a Food Truck, anywhere in the world, to learn from the pioneers in this industry. While Food Trucks continue to expand across the globe, there are real lessons to be learned that will increase the success rate and revenues for anyone wishing to set up a Food Truck.”
