Sally Beauty Profit Beats, Sales Growth Slows
Sally Beauty Holdings' (SBH) fourth-quarter earnings beat estimates on Thursday, but its sales growth missed expectation and was the slowest in three years. Sally Beauty reported earnings of 39 cents per share, up 35% from a year ago and 4 cents better than projected. Sales rose 5% to $882.6 million, falling shy of analyst estimates of $885.2 million.
