SJH Makes Bullish Cross Above Critical Moving Average

In trading on Thursday, shares of the Proshares UltraShort Russell2000 Value ETF (SJH) crossed above their 200 day moving average of $34.84, changing hands as high as $35.59 per share. Proshares UltraShort Russell2000 Value shares are currently trading up about 5.5% on the day.
