MOSCOW, Nov 15 (Reuters) - The Kremlin denounced a rise in anti-Russian rhetoric in Germany on Thursday before a visit by Chancellor Angela Merkel and made clear that Vladimir Putin would stand his ground if she lectures him on human rights.
