New 52-Week Highs Still Setting Lackluster Pace
In the past five sessions, new lows have outnumbered new highs each day. The quality of the new highs isn't elite, though a few don't look too bad. Home Depot (HD) popped 2.22 to 63.38 in volume that was 158% above average. The stock on Tuesday cleared a 63.30 buy point. Still, the picture isn't entirely upbeat. According to MarketSmith, Home Depot's base is only stage two, but the stock has had a long run. Home Depot is now 63% past a 38.85 buy
