Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the S&P 500 Low Volatility Portfolio (SPLV), which added 5,800,000 shares, or a 5.8% increase week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the iShares MSCI Belgium Investable Market Index Fund (EWK), which added 1,040,000 shares, for a whopping 44.1% increase in outstanding shares.
