Earnings tripled at D.R. Horton (DHI),sending shares on Monday above the homebuilder's 50-day line. But Beazer Homes (BZH) shares plummeted after it reported a wider than expected fourth-quarter loss. D.R. Horton reported fourth-quarter earnings of 30 cents per share vs. 11 cents in 2011. Revenue rose 18% to $1.3 billion under views of $1.35 billion. Shares were up at the open, but were down by mid-morning, pushing it back below its 50-day line.
