Techs slip as Microsoft falls; RIM shares rise

Technology stocks slip into the red. Microsoft’s pressured amid a media report about ‘”modest” Suface tablet sales, but RIM rises after the company announced a launch date for much-awaited BlackBerry 10 operating system.
