Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Adds Citigroup to its US 1 List (C)

On Monday analysts at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch added Citigroup Inc. (C) its US 1 List, a list that identifies stocks with growth potential.

BOA/ML gives Citigroup a price target of $45, a +25.2% upside from Friday’s closing price of $35.93.

The analysts noted that Citigroup trades at a discount compared to its peers and that recovery is clearly is on its way.

Citigroup shares were up 36 cents, or +1.00%, in premarket trading on Monday.
