Ameren Hit By Regulatory Rate Pressures, Fuel Costs
Mild weather, regulatory pressure on rates and higher fuel costs hit Midwest utility company Ameren (AEE) in the third quarter. Ameren also has crews in the Northeast, helping storm-battered New Jersey and New York restore power, though that won't show up until results from the current Q4 come out.
