U.S. Mortgage Rates Inch Up In First Report Since Election
The average U.S. rate on the 30-year fixed mortgage was little changed this week, staying slightly above its record low in the first mortgage rate report out since the election. Cheaper mortgages have been helping to drive a modest housing recovery.
