Wells Fargo & Company Announces Dividend and Increased Common Stock Repurchase Authority

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable December 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on November 9, 2012. Wells Fargo has approximately 5.3 billion shares outstanding. The Wells Fargo board of directors also increased the company’s authority to repurchase common stock by an additional 200 million shares.
