In trading on Tuesday, the Colombia ETF (COLX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Bancolombia S A (CIB), down about 1.6% and shares of Ecopetrol SA (EC), down about 1.7% on the day.
