Tuesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: HAP

The RVE Hard Assets Producers ETF (HAP) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 60,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 30,000. Shares of HAP were off about 1.6% on the day.
