Energy stocks decline; Valero, Tesoro top losers

Energy stocks trade lower on Tuesday, one of the worst performing sectors in the S&P 500 with refiners Tesoro Corp. and Valero Energy Corp. among the biggest decliners in the key U.S. equity index.
