GE Revenue Misses, Honeywell EPS Beats
General Electric (GE) reported a rise in third-quarter profit on Friday, but revenue missed Wall Street expectations as sales fell in the aviation and health care divisions. Honeywell (HON), an automotive and aerospace manufacturing giant, also reported earnings. GE said Q3 EPS jumped 14% to 36 cents, in line with estimates.
