Sprint Will Not Acquire Clearwire

Bloomberg reported that Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) will not acquire the remaining shares of Clearwire Corp. (Nasdaq: CLWR) that it does not already own. Shares of Clearwire tumbled 48 cents to $2.21 while Sprint stock edged up a penny to $5.70.
