PR Log - Oct 15, 2012 - Amid a frenzy of format changes in Atlanta radio this fall, strict constitutionalist and champion of conservative values Glenn Beck found a new home on NewsTalk 1160 (http://Newstalk1160.com/ListenLive) The Talk of the Town. Beck, whose syndicated show the Glenn Beck Program is the third highest-rated national radio talk show among adults ages 25 to 54, lost his slot on WGST after the station underwent a surprising conversion to ESPN Deportes.
On NewsTalk 1160, Beck will join personalities such as Imus, Laura Ingraham, Mike Huckabee and Geraldo Rivera, bringing his candid viewpoints and honest concerns for America to a traditionally-minded radio lineup.
“Beck will be a perfect complement to our lineup, and this move gives Atlanta radio listeners a seamless transition as such a popular on-air icon changes stations,” said NewsTalk 1160 General Manager Jeff Davis.
Hear the Glenn Beck Program on its new Atlanta radio home NewsTalk 1160 Monday through Friday 9-11AM, the same hours that listeners tuned into Beck on WGST.
