("BrightPoint Americas"), has entered into a distribution agreement and a services agreement with eTrak Corporation ("eTrak"), a leading maker of wireless location-tracking devices for the enterprise and consumer markets.
Under the terms of the agreements, BrightPoint Americas will provide a comprehensive, end-to-end suite of device lifecycle services for eTrak's location-tracking devices throughout the United States, including retail distribution, inventory management, packaging, order fulfillment, transportation management and reverse logistics.
