First Titan Corp. (OTCBB: FTTN) announced today that the company has appointed veteran energy consultant Harvey S. Bryant as its new chief operating officer.
Bryant brings nearly four decades of energy industry experience to First Titan. For more than a decade, he handled oil and gas investments for the Oklahoma-based investment banking firm Anderson, Bryant and Company and helped found the National Investment Banking Association (NIBA).
Today, Bryant continues to consult and serve on the board of several oil and gas companies across the U.S.
“We’re thrilled to have Harvey Bryant joint the First Titan team because he’s got the experience we need to continue rising in this industry,” said FTTN CEO Robert Federowicz. “We’ll be counting on his expertise and industry contacts to lead us to promising new opportunities in the domestic energy business.”
Late last month, First Titan celebrated the completion of its first producing oil and gas well in Alabama’s Little Cedar Creek Field. Located in Conecuh County, Ala., it is one of several new wells in which First Titan owns a working interest. Current reserve estimates range from 400,000 to 800,000 barrels of oil.
First Titan is aggressively pursuing more exciting new opportunities in oil and gas production in and around the Gulf Coast.
