On Oct. 1, 2012, maurices will launch the "Shop Pink. Give Hope." campaign, which includes an exclusive line of products consisting of tops, embellished-denim, necklaces and a scarf. The limited-edition items can be purchased online and in 175 stores nationwide, with 50 percent of the sale price supporting breast cancer research and other early detection programs through the American Cancer Society. Supporters can also make small donations at any maurices location nationwide.

In addition to sales from the exclusive clothing and accessories line, maurices associates will be on the front lines at Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® walks, the American Cancer Society's nationwide series of annual walking events to support their breast cancer programs. These events honor breast cancer survivors; raise awareness and funds that go toward breast cancer research, information and services; and increase access to mammograms for women who need them. Making Strides is the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the nation, uniting more than 270 communities to fund the fight.
