Teekay LNG Partners (NYSE: TGP) priced its follow-on public offering of 4.6 million common units at the discounted price of $38.43 per unit. In the broad market, declining issues outpaced advancers by a margin of nearly 10 to 9 on the NYSE and by nearly 9 to 7 on Nasdaq.
