Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) introduced two new Lumia phones running on Microsoft's (Nasdaq: MSFT) Windows 8 but the phones will not be available until the fourth quarter and only in select markets. Shares of Nokia lost 33 cents to $2.50 while Microsoft stock edged up a penny to $30.40.
