In trading on Friday, shares of the FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-US Small-Mid Portfolio ETF (PDN) crossed above their 200 day moving average of $21.38, changing hands as high as $21.40 per share. FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-US Small-Mid Portfolio shares are currently trading up about 0.1% on the day.
