Blixt will serve in a consulting capacity where he will provide TCDI with a corporate insider's thorough perspective and understanding of the needs and issues associated with large corporate litigation.
Blixt formerly served as executive vice president and general counsel of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., the industry's second-largest tobacco manufacturer and creator of 5 of the nation's 10 best selling brands. He also served as executive vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary for Reynolds American Inc., the parent company to R.J. Reynolds.
