Regional stocks: Cascade Bancorp stock falls again

Continued European economic woes and new signs that the crisis could be affecting American companies sunk stocks again Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 104 points to close at 12,617. The S&P fell for the third straight day, dropping 12 points to 1,338. The Nasdaq fell 27 points to close at 2,863.
