FlatRoof Energy System has a fiberglass mounting system which can be readily installed in any direction, with no roof penetrations. The system provides 880W of DC power with less than 300 lbs. of distributed weight per roofer’s square. The system is engineered to withstand the elements including high wind speeds. Compared to other systems suitable for low strength roofs (under 3 pounds per square foot of live load), USGE FlatRoof Energy Systems provide up to 50% more power per square foot and easily work around roof obstacles to maximize energy producing roof area.
