Europe stocks wobble ahead of Bernanke testimony

European stock markets struggle for direction on Tuesday, as investors await a much-anticipated testimony from U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke later in the day to possibly reveal hints of further economic stimulus.
