Stocks Open Week Lower on Europe, China Concerns

After the open... Stocks are modestly lower this morning largely on continued fears about the European Debt Crisis and a slowing economy in China. The picture in the U.S. isn't all rosy either though as data out this morning show retail sales fell in Junee, contracting 0.5%, compared to expectations for a gain 0f 0.2%.
