Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the iShares Barclays 1-3 Year Treasury Bond Fund (SHY), which shed 12,600,000 shares, or a 9.7% decrease week over week. And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares Short VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (SVXY), which lost 200,000 of its shares, for a whopping 80.0% decline in outstanding shares.
