After the U.S. Supreme Court upheld most of President Obama's health care legislation, a few medical stocks that stand to benefit from the ruling made new highs Thursday. Community Health Systems (CYH) soared 8% as it broke out of an eight-week cup without handle that had formed within a much larger consolidation. It was one of many hospital stocks that rallied on the news, but did not necessarily hit 52-week highs. The health care law's expansion
