In trading on Thursday, the Unconventional Oil & Gas ETF (FRAK) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.6% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cabot Oil & Gas (COG), up about 7.3% and shares of Tourmaline Oil CORP.
