In trading on Monday, the Global Alternative Energy ETF (GEX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cooper Industries Limited (CBE), up about 26.1% and shares of Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE), up about 7.5% on the day.
